Often, we begin with what feels unsettled: an anxiety, a relational pattern, a sense of disconnection. Through presence and somatic inquiry, we allow insights to arise not from striving, but from softening.
My work draws from over 20 years of mindfulness and yoga practice, alongside Hakomi principles, Buddhist teachings, and nondual wisdom.
